Birdie Wreath

The Pine Tree Farms Birdie Wreath Wild Bird Food is a seed cake, a great alternative to loose seed feeding and can be used to attract a wide variety of birds. This seed cake doubles as its own wreath-shaped feeder. The convenience and size of the Birdie Wreath make it an ideal way to offer your birds a high-energy supplement. Dried Meal Worms

100% natural dried mealworms are a premium wild bird food that can be used year round. They are a high protein snack for bluebirds, and can also be mixed with seed for feeding a variety of wild birds. This bluebird food can be offered on a platform feeder or in a Bluebird or mealworm feeder. Resealable 3.53 oz. bag contains approximately 2,800 dried mealworms.



Seed Cakes

These seed cake contain a variety of seeds which are held together with a binder that includes real honey. They do not contain any suet. These cakes slip easily into large cake feeders for convenient feeding.

Super Finch Sock

It seems like finches can never get enough nyjer (thistle) seed. The Kaytee Super Finch Sock makes it easy for them to get more of what they want without you constantly refilling. Black Oil Sunflower

100% black oil sunflower seed is the 2 to 1 preference of wild birds frequenting feeders, due to the thinner outer shell plus the higher oil content which creates more energy for birds. Oil sunflower has more meat per pound than other varieties. Chickadees, titmice, cardinals, and nuthatches are among the popular feeder birds that favor black-oil sunflower seeds. For our sale here in Tulsa, this is the only variety of sunflower we choose to sell, since it is far superior to the striped sunflower commonly sold in stores.

Birder's Blend

Birders' Blend is a 100% consumable premium bird food, formulated by birding enthusiasts. This mix contains a superior blend of specialty seeds, grains and nuts to attract a wide variety of birds year round. Ingredients are Black Oil Sunflower, Millet, Cracked Corn, Peanuts, Safflower, Striped Sunflower, Milo, Wheat & Hulled Sunflower.

Songbird Blend

This mix is a premium blend of three types of sunflower seeds (black oil, striped and hearts) as well as peanut hearts, white millet & cracked corn, making it the most desired blend of colorful songbirds. This nutritious mix of the most desired seeds will attract many types of songbirds.

Nyjer Seed (Thistle Seed)

A product of India & Ethiopia, nyjer has high oil content and is the favorite of Goldfinches and Siskins.

Cracked Corn

Good for feeding Quail, Doves, Blue Jays and Blackbirds. By scattering cracked corn over the ground, you'll invite Doves to your feeding station. Some place a feeder with corn in a remote corner of their yard to attract the blackbirds away from other feeders.

Sunflower Hearts

These are hulled sunflowers which reduce the mess of the shells. These are a feeder's bargain when compared to the price of sunflowers in the shell. 

Safflower Seed

This is a high energy treat which is a favorite of Cardinals, and squirrels usually do not like it.

Peanut Hearts

A preferred ingredient due to its high energy content and tantalizing aroma.

 

White Millet

This is preferred by the ground feeding birds, such as White-throated, White-crowned, Song and other Sparrows, Mourning Doves and Juncos. Simply throw on the ground in your feeding area, or place on a feeding tray.

Nut & Berry Blend

This is a nutritionally fortified gourmet mix of seeds, nuts, and fruit with a pleasant cherry aroma. Ingredients are Hulled Sunflower, Peanuts, Oil Sunflower, Safflower, Raisins, Hulled Pumpkin Seed, Striped Sunflower, Pistachios, Almonds, Pecans, Walnuts, Dried Cherries, Ground Wheat & Ground Corn.

 

Suet Cakes

One of the best foods for wild birds is suet, a special type of beef fat with a high protein content making it a good substitute for insects. The suet is cooked and filtered to prevent spoilage and blended with premium seeds. It is a favorite of Downy Woodpeckers, Chickadees, Nuthatches and many others.

Pine Tree Farms Hanging Suet Feeders are 28 oz. cone-shaped cakes packed in a plastic container with a mesh bag ready for hanging. These are marvelous gifts for your bird loving friends.

These are similar to the Maine Manna Suet Feeders which we use to carry, but which are no longer being made.
